Save Rock and Roll

They were the first band I loved - the one that started all of this. They got me through high school and even when they went on a hiatus, their music was still there for me. I could not explain in words the devastation I felt when the announcement of the hiatus went out but nothing beats the feeling I had an hour ago. Fall Out Boy is back and they're out to save rock and roll. After God knows how many months of nothing they decide to come back with a new single, a new album, AND a tour. Now that is how you come off of a hiatus. Other bands, please take note because obviously, this band is doing everything right.

To say that I am excited and ecstatic would be the understatement of the year. I have already died a thousand deaths today - what more when the new album comes out and is already in my hands. What's a few more months of waiting compared to that long hiatus? Nothing.
